45 dollars or the same sum in Egyptian pounds according to the exchange rate. This sum is not refundable.
If you apply from outside Egypt through Cairo office, you can send a money order or certified check in US Dollars. If you apply through New York office, checks drawn from a US bank can be used.
If you apply in person through Cairo office, you can pay for the application at the cashier at Student Service Center (Gate 1 - AUC Campus in New Cairo) or attach a certified check to the application form.
