At the Faculty of Agriculture — Tanta University, under the hospitality of Prof. Essawy Qassem Mahmoud, Faculty Dean, and Prof. Sherif Gabr — Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and in the presence of Prof. Adel Helal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Amgad El-Gammal, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, the “For Egypt Student Group” at the faculty, led by Dr. Ahmed Gabr (Faculty Advisor), welcomed students of Al-Jeel Al-Muslim Preparatory School in Kafr El-Zayat, led by Ms. Nagat Hawwash (School Principal), on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The visit was organized as part of a comprehensive educational and recreational day.
During the visit, students were introduced to the latest agricultural technologies, and a number of pioneering and innovative agricultural projects were showcased, with the aim of raising agricultural awareness and fostering a spirit of innovation among them. The program also included a variety of recreational activities, including sports and artistic segments, which contributed to creating an engaging and interactive atmosphere for the students.
The event was attended by Prof. Samar Omar — Director of the Central Laboratory — and Dr. Hanaa Nassim — Director of the Public Relations and Media Unit.
This visit represents an outstanding educational experience that combines knowledge with enjoyment and underscores the faculty’s leading role in community service and youth development.
