The training is held under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, and Prof. El-Sayed El-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The program is supervised by Prof. Essawy Qassem Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture; Prof. Sherif Gabr, Faculty Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Adel Helal, Faculty Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. The sessions are coordinated by Prof. Rania Ahmed Mohamed, the Faculty’s "Mawadda" Initiative Coordinator and a certified trainer accredited by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.

The training program focuses on preserving the cohesion of the Egyptian family by addressing high divorce rates. It aims to help youth acquire the essential knowledge, correct concepts, and foundational skills necessary for creating stable, healthy families.

The seminar covered several critical topics, including the essence of marital life, the psychological and moral preparation of youth approaching marriage, criteria for selecting a life partner, and strategies for facing the economic, social, and psychological challenges that often arise during the initial years of marriage.

During the event, Prof. Adel Helal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, emphasized the significance of this initiative in educating and enlightening students. He noted that such programs serve as a vital safeguard for maintaining healthy relationships, contributing to the establishment of a more stable society capable of overcoming challenges, and graduating young leaders who can exert a positive influence on their communities.
