The public defense of the PhD dissertation submitted by Researcher Mohamed Kamal Mohamed Bakhati took place at the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, under the patronage of Prof. Essawy Qassem Mahmoud, Faculty Dean, and Prof. Amgad El Gammal, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research. It was hosted by the Department of Agricultural Economy headed by Prof. Abdel Baqi Mousa El-Shayeb. The researcher was registered for the PhD degree of Agricultural Sciences, in the specialization of Agricultural Extension.

"Application of the Quality Standards in Production of the Agricultural Television Programs and Their Impact on the Job Satisfaction for the Employees in Egyptian Television"
