Prof. Essawy Qassem Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Tanta University, received Dr. Reham El-Sawah, Director of the University Social Solidarity Unit, and her accompanying team in his office on Wednesday morning, April 15, 2026. The Dean expressed his great pleasure at the ongoing joint cooperation between the faculty and the unit, which benefits the students.

   Present at the reception were Prof. Adel Helal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Prof. Amgad El-Gammal, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Essam El-Baaly, Professor of Agricultural Extension at the faculty.

   On the sidelines of this meeting, a workshop titled "Dairy Products Manufacturing" was held, featuring practical training on producing one of the dairy products, namely "traditional butter."

   The workshop was conducted at the Food Science and Technology Laboratory (Dairy Section) on the third floor of the faculty building. It was organized by the Social Solidarity Unit, in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture at Tanta University.
