The Social Solidarity Unit, in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture, is organizing a workshop titled "Dairy Products Manufacturing." The event will take place on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at the Food Science and Technology (Dairy) Laboratory, located on the third floor of the faculty.

   The workshop is held under the auspices of Prof. Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity; Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President; Prof. Mohamed El-Okaby, Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity and General Manager of Social Solidarity Units at Egyptian Universities; Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Dr. Reham El-Sawah, Director of the University’s Social Solidarity Unit. The event is supervised and hosted by Prof. Essawy Qassem Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and Prof. Adel Helal, Faculty Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

   The workshop will be presented by Asst. Prof. Dina Ahmed Mortada, Assistant Professor of Dairy Science, and Dr. Hanaa Adel Abdel Mohaimen, Lecturer of Dairy Science at the faculty. This initiative is part of broader joint efforts aimed at providing professional training to students and developing their technical skills in the field of food manufacturing.
