Continuation of Training Courses to Qualify Pesticide Traders

   As part of the training system for pesticide traders under the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture at Tanta University, a training course for pesticide traders concluded today, Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University. The event was led by Prof. Essawy Qasem Mahmoud, Faculty Dean; Prof. Adel Helal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; and Prof. Sobhi Abdel Rahim, Head of the Plant Protection Department and Program Coordinator at the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University. It was attended by Dr. Reham El-Sayed Ali, Training Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Agriculture, and a representative from the Central Laboratory for Pesticides.

   The trainees took the theoretical exam at the faculty in accordance with the decision of the Agricultural Pesticides Committee regarding the accreditation of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University, as a training center.

   Accordingly, the Faculty of Agriculture at Tanta University announces the continuation of training courses to qualify pesticide traders. Each course lasts for one week and concludes with an exam on the final day, leading to a certificate accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation and the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University.
