Renewal of ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 Certifications for Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University for the Third Consecutive Year

    Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, Tanta University President, the certifications of ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 have been renewed for Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University, for the third consecutive year, in the management of educational organizations and quality management systems by QME International. This is considered a new achievement in effective academic and administrative development across all sectors of the faculty, confirming the advancement of the governance system and institutional performance according to the university's strategic plan.

    At the end of the field visit to the various sectors of the faculty, the visiting delegation announced the result, granting Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University, the renewal of the ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications for the third consecutive year after a thorough review of all files, sectors, and the continuous improvement plan.

   The visit was attended by Prof. Essawy Qassem, Faculty Dean; Prof. Adel Helal Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Sabah Sharshor, Manager of the University Quality Assurance Center; Dr. Nasser Kamal, Faculty Quality Advisor; Dr. Mahmoud Samir, Deputy Manager of the Quality Assurance Unit; Dr. Amira Rizk, Manager of the Marketing Unit and ISO Auditor at the faculty; Prof. Rania Ahmed; ISO Auditor at the faculty; Dr. Safaa El-Sayed, ISO Auditor at the faculty; Dr. Hanaa Naseem, Manager of the Public Relations and Media Unit at the faculty; Mr. Said Moatamed, Faculty Secretary-General; Prof. Osama Abdel Hamid, former Manager of the Quality Assurance Unit; Dr. Hazem Mohamed Rabie, Manager of the Information Technology Unit; and a group of faculty leaders including former deans and vice deans, heads of academic departments, esteemed professors, heads of examination control systems, and academic staff members.

     Prof. Essawy Qassem, Faculty Dean, began his speech by extending sincere thanks and appreciation to University President and the Vice Presidents for their continuous support for Faculty of Agriculture and all its affiliates. In addition, he commended the distinguished role of the University Quality Assurance Center in supporting and reviewing the accreditation file for the ISO certification.
