Under patronage of Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, University President, and Prof. Mahmoud Selim, University Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Faculty of Agriculture, organized a student visit to Lamar Company as part of the student initiative Food Science Society (FSS) in collaboration with Community Service Sector at Faculty of Agriculture under auspices of Prof. Asaad Derbala, Acting Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Adel Helal, Vice Dean for Community Service; and Prof. Osama Abdel Hamid, Coordinator of the Initiative.

   The visit was supervised by Prof. Naglaa El-Hosary, Prof. Mahmoud El-Hosary, and Engr. Amr Dawood, Deputy Coordinator of the Initiative.

     The visit began at Talaat Mustafa Farms for fruit production and raw milk production farms, followed by a tour at the company's modern automated milking parlor. Next, students visited the factory's various departments for production of different food products, where they observed production lines. Then, they visited the Quality Department and chemical and microbiological analysis laboratories. Finally, they took commemorative photos.
