In the context of scientific and research cooperation between Faculty of Agriculture, on one hand, and the General Administration of Irrigation in Gharbia and Agriculture Directorate in Gharbia, on the other, Prof. Asaad Abdel-Kader Derbala, Acting Dean of the Faculty, held a meeting with Prof. Khaled Abo Shady, Undersecretary of Ministry of Agriculture in Gharbia; Engr. Amal Hamed, Undersecretary for Water Resources and Irrigation in Gharbia; and Engr. Ayman Abdel Monem Safena Abdel Aty, General Manager of the General Administration of Irrigation Projects’ Development in Middle Delta. The meeting was held in attendance of Engr. Ali Abdel Sattar Sayed Ahmed, Assistant Secretary-General of Gharbia Governor, to discuss avenues of cooperation between both parties in areas of agriculture and irrigation on July 7, 2024.
